ORDERING METHODS

  1. ONLINE ORDERING
    Simply browse through our online shop, by visiting the links on the left hand side of this page in the "Categories" section. Once you have found a product that you like, simply click on the "Add To Shopping Cart" underneath that product. You can now move around the site, and continue adding products to your cart. Once you are ready to place the order, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the online instructions. No matter what country you are ordering from, the currencies will be converted accordingly. If you are a member, you will be asked for your username and password if you created one. If it's your first visit to MagicWorld then fill out the registration form on the right during checkout which will ask you to create a username and password. This enables you to log into MagicWorld and track any orders placed.
  2. CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER

    You can pay by cheque, by sending a cheque made payable to "MagicWorld" through the post, along with your detailed order. Remember to include the correct postage which can be worked out through the website. If you call the office before ordering, there may be a slight discount on the postage side.
  3. PHONE

    By phoning 0800-566-8426 we can take your orders by phone. If there is nobody to answer, simply leave your order details, along with your full name, address, and telephone number. Also we will need your credit card number, along with it's start date, and expiry date, and if your card is Switch, we will need an issue number. All credit card details are kept strictly confidential.
  4. REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

    - Refunds will be issued only on non-opened and non faulty items. This is because you are not simply purchasing a product but also a secret which is usually closely guarded amongst magicians. Should any items be faulty we will offer immediate refund or exchange upon receipt of the faulty goods unless agreed otherwise by telephone. Our returns address is: "MagicWorld Returns -342 Wellington road North, Stockport, Cheshire, SK4 5DA". If the item has been shipped by the time of your cancellation it is your responsibility to return the goods in their original unopened packaging ready for resale.
  5. MINIMUM AGES

    - By purchasing from MagicWorld we are presuming that the purchaser is over 18yrs old. If purchasing any items for a younger person please be sure to check that the product purchased is suitable for the age range it is directed to. We offer as much guidance as possible to help you choose what is suitable or not, but the overall choice and responsibility lies within the purchaser of the products. Should you be purchasing FIRE EQUIPMENT, FLASH PAPER, or any tricks that are HAZARDOUS in any way, we accept absolutely no responsibility for accidents, injury, loss of property or death. As with any items that relate to fire you must take safety as priority and never use fire items unless you have fire extinguishers at hand and are fully prepared for all circumstances. For any items that include Suggestion, NLP or Hypnosis, we again accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for injury, death or accidents while using such products. All payments for hypnosis induction related products are taken through a different payment provider than the rest of the site which is provided by Elavon. Our main shopping area only includes Elavon approved products and will never sell Elavon prohibited goods and services.
  6. DELIVERY TIMES

    - Delivery times are as follows:
  7. ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS - 1-2 business days
  8. ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY - Delivery next day before 1pm providing order is received before our 2.30pm cut off.
  9. ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL - International deliveries can take between 6 and 20 days depending on the country. Usually it's quicker however we cannot guarantee the speed and a tracking number can be provided by request although it's not tracked in the same detailed way as DHL. European country orders usually arrive within 8 days and USA and for orders outside the EU can take considerably longer on average.
  10. COURIER - For specialist orders a courier can be arranged to destinations worldwide. Please simply call +44(0)8005668426 where we can quote you accordingly.
  1. DELIVERY ISSUES

    - Once shipped you will receive an email saying your order has been completed. For the UK if the parcel has been shipped and hasn't arrived we must wait 14 days before we can place a claim in with the Royal Mail and 9.9 times out of 10 all items will arrive. In the unlikely event they still haven't arrived please call our office telephone and we will deal with your replacement order quickly and efficiently. For Royal Mail Special next day UK orders please call if your item hasn't arrived by 3pm the next day and we will quickly track your orders. The only reason we won't have sent your order next day is if the delivery time of your product has a 3-5 day orange button where we need to still order the item in from our warehouse first.

For International Orders if your items haven't arrived within 15 days we recommend giving us a call on our main office numbers as 9 times out of 10 the parcel will be waiting for you at your local depot or post office.

All orders are posted immediately unless the unlikely event occurs of us being out of stock.

Some products due to Royal Mail's new costing by size, may carry an extra charge to stardard postage. We always review these charges and keep them as up to date as possible.

Any claims for faulty goods or non receipt of goods must be made within 30 days of the order date as per our Terms and Conditions.
