PLEASE NOTE
We are in France visiting the rabbits on snowboards until the 2nd March 2025.
We will do our best to get out orders before we leave and immediately on our return.

At MagicWorld we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been returned and assessed.
Other Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a suitable solution. Please note that many of our items involve the purchase of secret magical methods, not just physical goods. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse returns on products where the secret has already been learned or disclosed, unless the item is defective.
How to Return an Item
Returns must be sent at the buyer’s cost.

We recommend using a basic Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or damage.
