What is Sprung & Dagger?

At its core it is a card stab routine. A card is freely selected and lost in the deck. The deck is wrapped in a rubber band to prevent any tampering with by the magician, as he talks about the world's most dangerous card trick and risking life and limb for his art. Suddenly, while the deck is still wrapped in the rubber band, the magician finds the selected card in the tradition of the classic card stab.

Sprung & Dagger is quick, visual and fun to watch, perfect as an opening effect.

Here are some of the comments we've received so far:

"A logical combination of two plots, I can imagine the impromptu version finding its way into many magicians' repertoires."
- David Regal - Author, Magician

"I'm digging this a lot Ryan. It's fast, easy, visual and very entertaining. This really is the perfect opener and more. Very nicely done."
- Charlie Justice - Creator of Prohibition

"Anyone who loves rubber band magic as I do will want to add this great little eye popper to their arsenal."
- Vinny Marini - The Godfather of Magic

"Sprung & Dagger is very clever and a visually stunning revelation!"
- Cameron Francis - Creator of Rehab

"At last, a stabbing trick without cutlery--just a harmless deck, an ordinary rubber-band, resulting in a novel, if not lethal result. Very commercial and eye-arresting!"
- Jon Racherbaumer
